1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Banquetoflove.org (the “Site”), operated by Grace and Truth Resources, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing products or services, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

● Infringing on intellectual property rights

We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

All sales are subject to our refund and cancellation policies, which may be posted separately.

We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

9.2 California “Shine the Light” Law (Civil Code §1798.83)
California residents may request information about how we share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Requests may be submitted to the contact information in Section 17.
9.3 California Business & Professions Code §22575–22579 (“Do Not Track”)
We disclose the following:
● The Site may not respond to browser‑based “Do Not Track” signals.
● Third‑party analytics or advertising partners may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites.
9.4 California Age‑Appropriate Design Code Act (AADC)
If minors access the Site:

14. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration where permitted by law.
